I cannot recommend the experience with Swift Steel highly enough. I used them for the steel frame of my small self-build house. Even though it was a small project for Swift, I was given so much time, care and attention.
I dealt with Darren from the outset and through every stage of the process: From the first telephone conversation I was given guidance and advice, introduced to an excellent Structural Engineer and to other similar projects for reference. During the design stage, the whole team were incredibly patient and reassuring, accommodated my budget needs and moved mountains to accommodate my timeframe.
The personal attention to every detail was truly outstanding.

The team that arrived on site to do the installation were just as impressive: The frame went up seamlessly in less than a day - and it was great fun to work with them a learn a bit whilst they were on site. The precise work in the workshop ahead of installation meant that there were no hitches - absolutely everything was done to perfection. Thanks to Swift, a very scary day of my build project actually ended up being good fun!

In summary, Swift are a wonderful company to deal with - there has been the same care and attention in the after sales process too - I really can’t recommend them highly enough. If all businesses were run like Darren run’s Swift, the world would be a better place!!
