Security are all great, efficient, clear and helpful. Shunters are great, will help out if any is needed. The canteen is also open to drivers, really cheap good quality food! The 2 women behind the dispatch office desk (dawn and not sure the other lady) should not be in any kind of role speaking to people. They are 2 of the most rude, miserable, unhelpful, arrogant ladies I've ever come across. You will be blanked when you get to the window, then a scowl at you to let you know it's your moment to speak, you definitely don't get a hello! Then after a huff looking for your paperwork you'll either get 'its at PD' or 'ermmm and make sure you leave 4 straps at the back'. Me and other drivers actually have a running joke to see if you can get a hello or a tiny smile off either of them. KP certainly need to give these 2 ladies some personal training.

After reading the other reviews I must have been in on a bad day. Parked on a bay for two hours to be only have loaded then sent to another yard for the rest of the load sat fro over another hour before they started loading

Load starch out of here regularly. Bloke on the forklift is absolutely spot on and a pleasure to deal with. If more forklift drivers were like this the job as a lorry driver would be a lot better ?
