We travelled to the Dewsbury store for an item which other local branches were showing as out of stock. The online stock levels were totally correct, and we quickly located the item we'd come for. Overall the store is fairly small, but looked to have a good range of products and it was relatively quiet even on a Sunday afternoon. There is ample free parking, and the queues for the tills were short.
The only downside was that the item was exceedingly dusty - but the price was very competitive even when compared with Amazon and other online retailers.

Highly recommend Wickes Dewsbury especially the worker ‘Ammaarah’. She was very informative with which products to buy and helped out with products we were unsure about. She was very helpful and had a great sense of humour! Thank you Ammaarah, keep being you!🥰

As you would expect, clean and sparsely populated, some good deals on slow moving stock, typical Wickes but I got what I wanted.. nuff said! 👍🏻

I usually purchase many items from Wickes .

According to recent accounts in excess of £10' 000 per year .

The most recent encounter on line and delivery was less than good .

The charges and then the aftercare was at best average .

Very disappointed and looking to source product elsewhere .

We visited the dewsbury store today, and was fortunate enough to be helped by 2 staff members who were brilliant.
The store manager was amazing, friendly and went above and beyond what we would expect for customer service.
Just wanted to thank you for you help and assistance (carried our paving flag to the car)
Wikes are lucky to have you have a member of staff and you are a prime example of really good customer service.
