Absolutely furious...
They led me on a wild Goose chase today. They had a glow worm 35c energy boiler advertised on Ebay for £1250 which was a really good price with the flue and filter.
I phoned up as suggested in their advert to check they had it in stock and they said they had physically checked and 3 of them was available so a proceeded to drive the 52 miles to collect it.
When I arrived they brought out and tried to give me a glow worm 35c ultimate and not the energy model as in their Ebay advert.
The ultimate model is only £1100 to buy from city plumbing just down the road from me so why would I drive 104 miles and pay £150 more? BTW city plumbing prices are now the same to the trade and the public!! Clearly they new what they was up to and after complaining they had wasted my time they tried to offer me the boiler for £100 cheaper. I said no!, I had already sold my customer the superior energy model and I was not going to turn up to them with a cheaper boiler than what I had quoted for. Maybe these people think that is acceptable?!

104 mile round trip, 3 hrs out of my life wasted and fuel spent. Be very very careful before making a journey to this business people!

My mum called in with the central heating control. They are always amazing with problems with the boiler, excellent reliable service, but this time went above and beyond. Fixed the control, replaced batteries and said all part if the service. Kindness beyond measure. My mum is 84 my dad 93. Perfect service and trustworthy

Had a boiler replacement on quote, and must say. These lads went above and beyond for quality worksmanship. The pipes were relocated and tidied up, tap added for future service.... very happy with the job and boiler. Thanks fellas 😎👍

Called up 3 times and a kid answered swearing at me. Eventually spoke to someone but the kid cut me off. Didnt get a call back. Decided to go somewhere more professional.
