Needed a new bed base for my daughter. Contacted Shopbeds via their listing on Gumtree by sending an email on Bank Holiday Monday, not expecting an answer for a couple of days. What I got was an immediate response and from then on, AMAZING SERVICE! I bought an ottoman bed base, but wanted a custom size headboard, different to that shown on the website, and needing to be made to order. From the initial enquiry on Bank Holiday Monday, I was amazed when the bed base and headboard was delivered on the Friday that same week!! I could not be happier with the quality of the product, and the responsive, friendly and helpful service via WhatsApp or email! I would definitely recommend Shopbeds, who delivered on their commitment to great customer service!! Well done! Please note that the revolting LED lights were added by me at the request of my daughter, and not supplied by Shopbeds

Absolutely amazing from help with choosing the correct bed fabulous customer service. Delivery guy was stuck in traffic on motorway rang to advise he was running late when arrived was so apologetic and polite. Then received a text to see if everything was OK. Assembled bed next day am very pleased quality amazing was a bit apprehensive with ordering on line but no need the quality outstanding and really good customer service. Double ottoman bed with head and foot board. This company is 5 star.

I had orderd double bed 2 years ago with mattress I was anxious as first time ordering bed online without seeing it. But honestly the seller communicated really well and very professional and was reassuring. I am so happy with the quality of the bed frame and mattress even my sister ordered the same bed after seeing mine. ( it was gas lift storage bed). I now have redecorate my daughter’s bedroom and have ordered two single ottoman gas lift bed as from previous experience my bed is still like new very comfortable. My daughters love their bed and find the mattress very comfortable. I would definitely recommend buying furniture from here as the pictures don’t even to it justice. You get both good quality, comfortable beds and very good service very happy customer. ( I never do reviews unless am 100% happy). Thanks again.

I bought 2 x otterman beds made to my own specifications with 1 mattress upgraded, for myself and my partner. We wanted a decent a mattress with cool technology. After looking at several high street shops we came across 'Shop Beds' and I am so glad I did. From start to finish I couldn't ask for better service and top quality workmanship. The beds are amazing quality and the service was just as good. I honestly can not recommend them enough...!!! The beds were made and delivered within a week and all this days before xmas...! Benson beds couldn't even sell me a mattress it was over 11 weeks delivery..!

From the start of our conversation 1 week ago to delivery today, the process of buying, in my opinion a TOP QUALITY!!! , very good value for money bed, Shop Beds Ltd have some of the best customer service I think I've ever received! I received an absolutely phenomenal service from shopbeds! I contacted Mr Aqeel to order a double storage bed and mattress for myself and was met with an extremely friendly and personalised service. The specifications for the bed were tailored to my exact liking and all my requests were met.
On top of this the process was very efficient. I placed my order on a Friday and received the beautiful bed the following Tuesday! The staff also ensured that the delivery time worked around my work commitments and I was kept updated at every step of the process.
The bed itself is exceptionally high quality, whilst also being great value for money. It was easy enough to build as it only came in a few pieces and didn’t require any specialist tools
Can’t thank shopbeds enough for the wonderful service and lovely product. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
