We bought a shorty bed and it is of great quality. The instructions were clear and the final build solid and substantial. Would definitely recommend and if we needed another bed would buy from them again.

Also had the pleasure of using their customer service which was efficient and helpful.

On top of this delivery was well scheduled with plenty of slots if one didn't work.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Made order on 22nd February, no bed to be seen!
No email or phonecall to state that it will be delayed!
I have left various voicemails, and emails.
NO response!!
Very unfortunate as the website and beds look like great quality.

We’ve got a shorty narrow daybed in a L-shape under the high sleeper with straight ladder. Fits great together, plenty of room under for desk, chair & daybed. Furniture is good quality. Assembly is time consuming for an amateur, but easy and non-frustrating as lines up well. Needs 2 people for some bits. Service through ordering really helpful including helping me understand detailed measurements and delivery timescales. Overall massively satisfied. Dad of the 5-year old birthday girl.

Such a great company. We bought a cabin bunk a few years ago and every now and again want to change the layout and request new doors, or wheels or something! They've been brilliant in forwarding the extra pieces, the paint colours always match perfectly (despite being bought over a period of months). Great product, great customer service. Thank you.

This company took my money and never sent me the furniture.
Stay away from them!! I will ask money refunded from credit card.
They do not answer emails and phonecalls and do not return voice messages.
Shame on them!!!!

Order expected at the end of April, never received order and requested refund via email which they never replied to. Not answering phone calls either and have received no refund or the products I ordered.
