I had an unexpected issue with my car when the oil light came on, and I wasn’t sure who to call for help. Then, I remembered my friend Laurence at Crafted Auto Services & Fabrication. Even on short notice, he agreed to come by at 4 PM. True to his word, he showed up on time with his van fully equipped with everything he needed to get the job done. Laurence and his team were great - quick and clear communication, very friendly and helpful. I only needed brake pads changing but felt they done a thorough job at a very good price, sourcing the parts and coming to a convenient place around me. I’m fed up of garages being vague about jobs/costs/time and often sounding condescending, whereas none of that was the case with Laurence. I will definitely use them again in the future for further work and advice!

Laurence fixed an ongoing coolant leak I had on my Audi S5 and it was quite the job due to the engine and complexity. From start to finish he and his team kept me updated, sourced all parts and completed the work at my home, saving me a lot of time and effort without my car.

I had the water pump, PCV and thermostat replaced to ensure the issue didn't return further down the line and Laurence worked tirelessly to ensure the car was 100% by the time he had finished. We did come across some issues along the way which required additional work and parts but this is expected when doing such a big job and Laurence didn't give up in getting me back on the road. I cannot thank him enough for all the time and effort he put in.

Not only that but the cost was far lower than anyone else, especially the main dealer, and Laurence was transparent about the labour costs and part costs giving me peace of mind and knowing where I stood.

I will be calling on Laurence again in the future for anything else I may need doing, absolute legend!
