Made an order, took 5 days after i had received a notification saying the order was processed and is with the delivery company to then be told the item is out of stock. The refund then took another 5 days. Clearly poor stock management whilst keeping hold of customers cash.

I ordered 9 items of Le Creuset, costing around £150. Had I ordered them from John Lewis it would have been around £250. Everything arrived well packaged with original labels and LC packaging. Ordered Thursday and it arrived the following Wednesday. So impressed.

Ordered a Big Green Egg MiniMax, charcoal and lighters. Dealt with Hannah who was fantastic, placed the order on Monday 11th January and BBQ arrived as described on the 15th January. Will be using this Business for all my future Big Green Egg BBQ needs. Highly recommend.

rubbish processing time. ordered 4 days ago and it still shows processing with no clear delivery date. other retailers with next day delivery have the same prices so really no value using this retailer. no way of contacting them, no phone or chat or email that are clearly posted

Retailers peak trade is Christmas and January sales yet this company takes orders, send emails WITH NO DISPATCH or RECIEVE date then blame the customer for their incompetence. it clearly proves the quality of organisation this is. Whilst ALL other dispatch and process orders immediately, this one takes 2 weeks off. Order CANCELLED and bought from more customer focused retailers at cheaper price

Recently ordered some ovengloves which ended up being delivered to the wrong house and then when I rang up to let them know, they weren't able to send me a new pair as they were out of stock. I asked a refund then as they were for a birthday present which had then passed, however they said they had to investigate with DPD first and would let me know - they then proceeded to not keep me updated and ignored my follow up email in which I asked for an update and a refund. Then had to send another follow up as a complaint and requested the refund and compensation, to which they gave a refund but no compensation. Long story short, I ended up without the product and only got my money back after 6 weeks with no compensation which I don't think is very good, hence this review. I'm sure the oven gloves would have been fine, as they looked nice on the website

We bought an Everhot cooker from Diss Ironworks, and took delivery this week. The customer service is second to none, and we are so happy with our purchase. They are undoubtedly the best company to go to when making a purchase of a range cooker, all makes are on display and can be compared in their showroom. There is no pressure to buy, the communication is excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you

Discovered these lovely people on google while I was checking prices for some Le Creuset items I wanted to buy and I’m so glad I stumbled across them. What a great company! Fabulous prices, offers and a brilliant service. All of my items arrived quickly and safely and were extremely well wrapped. Also, I read the negative reviews and ignored them as I think most people would agree those instances have nothing to do with your products or services, a customer changing their mind is not your problem and a customer ordering the incorrect amount is not your fault either and you should not be expected to pay for either. Keep up the good work.
