Many a great night here, I really like this venue in Norwich, the staff are cool, you can always get served easily and the sound system is awesome, nice amount of space too. Great spot on the city.

Would of had a amazing time here tonight if it wasn’t for the idiots of bouncers using the viewing area as a social spot to gather and have a chat every 5–10 minutes during the show at one point t there for five of them blocking the view for the whole disabled area

I always love it here, by far the best music venue in Norfolk.
I have photographed bands here and attended as a punter and the experience is unmatched anywhere else in Norfolk.
The sound and lights are well done making the experience amazing.
There is plenty of very affordable parking nearby too making the whole gig that much better.

Saw Obituary.

A decent sized venue. The sound was a bit muddy for the first support act, but cleared up quickly for the second band and was perfect for the main act.

Couldn't tell you about the bar or booze prices as I don't drink.

Over all a decent place to hold a gig.

Have attended Bongo’s Bingo here several times as it’s the closest venue that hosts. The rating as listed pertains to the venue itself not the event!

Bongos: 5/5.
Such an amazing event lots of fun, would 100% recommend!
Pros: Event is energy from start to finish, well-paced, interactive and makes you feel like a winner even if you don’t.
Cons: tickets sell out fast (especially discounted VIP).

Epic Studios: 2/5.
I have yet to attend an event at this location where there wasn’t some massive issue with the experience from a facility perspective.
Pros: Location is convenient. Has an off license located across the street in case you que early and want to enjoy the wait. You can order food and drinks to the table (a massive improvement over holding signs up).
Cons: Food is meh, just sufficient, always seems to take a while is rarely is hot. Inefficient security process coming into the building. The bar seems to always be slower than ordering table side even when there is no que. The ladies’ toilets are always trashed by mid event and never seem to get restocked. Anytime there has been a security issue (fight, overtly drunk person), there never seems to be enough help to take care of the situation). One game we were sat right next to the stage under a screen when an altercation broke out in the long rows of table behind us. We got trapped as tables were pushed back and away. Took a while to assess and clear the area and attend to a young lady who was hit. Thankfully none of our party who was next to the party was kicked out, but from appearance its difficult to identify safety issues when you pack tables in with people’s backs touching.

Tips:
-Buy tickets early as they will sell out. If in doubt buy them for your entire party (you can just resell what you don’t use later).
-Que early if you have a large group or want to be seated right by the stage or at the end of a row.
-Don’t bring a massive bag; utilize the coat check if needed. You do not want your coat to fall on the ground inside. It gets nasty.
- Have fun! Come in theme, fancy dress, etc. It’s a great environment to celebrate birthdays or a special event.

First time at this venue to see Therapy. (The band, not for the voices).
Awesome atmosphere, clean, good view of stage, nice bar, good floor space in front of stage.
There are stairs up to the the venue area, but I believe it does have access for less mobile patrons. I'm Pretty sure there was a lift and ramped access to the venue floor area. There is Parking nearby, however this is non cash. Many had problems connecting to the parking app sites. This is due to either network reception in the area or Internet lag. So make sure you leave enough time to stand with your phone arm in the air waiting to connect to the parking app.
