Dog boot, sadly not fit for purpose! Within a few weeks of occasional outside use the boot came apart. I contacted Westcoast but all they would do was tell me to try gluing it or offer me a 20% discount on a new one. No point in throwing good money after bad! I wish it had been worth the money but it wasn't!

I needed one boot to protect my lurcher’s pad which he had cut open. I tried 4 different boots before I found Therapaw. The Therapaw boot was far superior to all the other boots as it gave the best cushioning for his pad and also the other parts of his paw did not get rubbed sore like they did with the other boots. It also stayed on throughout the walk and kept his foot dry during the constant heavy rain we had during February. The staff were helpful in choosing the right size boot for my dog and I would 100% recommend their product.

This is the first time we have used west coast hydrotherapy but I don't think it will be the last. Our border collie has problems with her paws, she's 12 years old and can bearly walk without medication and most importantly therapaws boots. She wears 2 on her front paws and the relief she gets when wearing them is profound. I can highly recommend them, they stay on are very hard wearing and give her a huge amount of comfort. They maybe a little more expensive than run of the mill boots you can buy in pet stores but they work!!! Absolute genius.

We are from the UK and have moved to DFW Texas to open our own hydrotherapy center.

We used Syspal for the bulk of our equipment but won't make that mistake again. Westcoast far exceed the standards provided by Syspal. They have extensive knowledge of how the equipment works and are available to ask questions at any time.

We purchased a spa from Westcoast and it has been a wonderful and priceless extra to our center.

Pentair Pump Advice

This is a bit off the mark from the usual for this company but having purchased a replacement Pentair swimming pool pump, a Swimmy 19, here in France it should have come complete with a 2m fitted cable but didn't. The wiring diagram was useless. I contacted the sellers here in France and also the Italian HO and the American HO and have still not heard back from any of them!! In desperation I contacted a UK Agent and Tamzin responded straight away and obtained advice from her Engineers, which she passed on. Subsequently, the pump is now up and running OK. After-sales, in general, is rubbish here in France, with very few exceptions.
Once they have your cash you can disappear as far as they are concerned. 10 out of 10 for UK after-sales and certainly with Westcoast Hydrotherapy Ltd.

Conor came out today to service the pool. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided a great service, staying for longer than originally anticipated to ensure that everything was sorted before he left. Tamzin has also been incredibly helpful and always responds to any queries promptly with the answers to any questions or queries. Thanks guys for all of your help!

Dreadful place, extreamly poor customer service from their Office Administrator, whose first reply to my initial compaint was to blame me. Communication was terrible, this Admistrator obviously does not read emails fully, and their reply can seem blunt and rude. I did eventually get my money back, but only after speaking to another member of the team.
