So pleased we went with the installer, Mheaven Ltd, as they have all the necessary knowledge, experience and equipment, and were super-efficient and very friendly.

Huge thanks to MHeaven Ltd who did a great job installing our 5x3 Pergolux with glass doors. Few timing issues initially, but Mathew sorted the problem out despite it being only a few days before Christmas. Installer Tom was brilliant - pleasant, professional, meticulous, efficient & left the place nice & tidy. We’re delighted with the end result & can’t recommend both the product & installers highly enough 👍😀

Great service from the guys at MHeaven in installing our Pergolux S2. They arrived on the first visit to find parts missing so had no choice but to return home, a 3 hour journey. The return visit was quickly arranged and the install went well and was complete in under 4 hours, so we now have a superb pergola ready for the summer.

I'm not sure I'd recommend doing the install yourself, it's definitely a 2 or 3 man job and there's a lot to it. MHeaven make it look easy, but they've done a few, so know what they are doing. Money well spent in my opinion.

I spoke with Matthew prior to delivery of my 3x4m pergola who provided me with a quote for building my pergola including fixing into my porcelain patio with a heater. Once my delivery arrived, Matthew booked me in promptly for fitting.

The two lads provided an arrival time the night before and arrived on time. They were very polite and they’ve done a great job. They tidied up on completion and were finished in good time.

I’d considered building it myself, but would 100% recommend Matthew’s team.

Matthew & his team installed 3 Pergola’s for us last year (2023) charging over £1000 per day for the service - was fine with this as we needed the installation complete. Agreed to his high price and they installed through a 3rd party installer (Ross greenwood). They installed using inadequate bolts & washers which have now heavily rusted and caused damage not only to the feet of the pergolas (which were £12k each) but also the large porcelain slab underneath. I contacted Matthew & his team to give them an opportunity to sort their problem out by replacing the faulty bolts & washers for correct ones that wouldn’t rust - to which they’ve responded not wanting to sort the problem at all - strongly advise to miss if possible.

They did a great job and were very polite & responsive throughout the process, answering any questions I had promptly.
They worked non stop to fit the pergola, two screens & heater and it made me realise, although expensive, it was a good choice as it would have taken us days to do!
