Id been promising to get a cat flap fitted for a while now and found Pete online. What can I say except Superb Service. Pete responded to my enquiry quickly, arranging to come out that week to see what I would need. He went through all my options, making sure I understood everything. His friendly and professional manner made me feel so at ease, I was ready to place my order right then. As soon as parts arrived, I was contacted by Charmaine to arrange fitting at my earliest convenience. Pete came out to fit the new glass with cat flap and went a step beyond just this single service. He kindly listened my questions regarding my squeaky front door, explaining why it was happening and even how to take care of it in the future.
I cant praise enough the experience and service I have had from the team. And to top it all off I was instructed to compare prices to make sure I was getting the best deal, and I can confirm that's exactly what I got.

5 star service from Pete today. He was able to replace a broken window lock very soon after I had contacted him. He also kindly WD40 sprayed all window joints on the house and gave me some really helpful advice. He additionally fixed the front door handle which he noticed as he was leaving, but still took the time to do free of charge. I recommend Pete 100% and will definitely contact him again for future needs.

I've got a broken glass in my backyard door, I did a quick search and I found Greenwood Windows. Pete came and made an assessment, fairly advised for the different types of glasses that would fit the door and their prices, so I can choose. He came another day with the new glass and installed it in no time, leaving the door as if it was new. Kind and polite, top quality job and also a fairly good price IMHO. I surely can recommend this company.

Pete did a great job replacing our damaged window lock mechanism, replacing old hinge's and retro fitting some trickle vents. He is friendly and very professional. I would certainly recommend him.

I found Pete online after looking for someone to fit a catflap on a local Facebook group. He came recommended and I now know why. With his friendly and approachable manner, he was very helpful and consultative about prices and more importantly went through the different type of glass with me. He even provided the cat flap that we wanted. The glass options go over my head (!!) so he really took time out to explain this. I feel really pleased with how it looks and am glad I gave my business to Greenwood Windows as you can tell Pete really cares and looks after his customers.

I found Pete on Google as our local locksmith. He's really responsive to emails and gave us a good price for a couple of new door locks. They've worked well for the past 2 years and have no problems at all. The following Summer, he replaced an unexpectedly shattered window with full explanations on how it might have happened. A few months later, I called Pete with another problem with the back door and he came round promptly to fix it. On top of all of this, I came to Pete for some advice on a friends window and he gave us such detailed and professional advice. To be quite honest, I'm starting to see Pete as a bit of a fatherly figure for me in Didcot. Highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks so much, Pete.

We consulted several firms about having a glass roof fitted on our existing conservatory. Greenwood Windows were extremely professional and efficient, right from the initial visit to the completion of the job. Pete took the time to explain the alternative glass and frame options before we placed our order and the quote was very competitive. Always courteous and polite, the team carried out our roof replacement with the minimum of disruption and left the site clean and tidy each day. I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. We decided recently we wanted to replace three of our windows. I wasn't really sure where to start so contacted a few of the big companies to start the quotation process because I felt that would be easier somehow. In the meantime, I also reached out to Greenwood Windows as they were local. We got the quote through and were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was! Pete was non-pressuring, friendly, knowledge and quick to respond. The windows came through way quicker than expected and we were able to get our new windows fitted before Christmas. Pete was really accomodating of our small child and did quieter jobs during her nap times. The whole job was done in 2 days and Pete even fixed our bifold doors on the house! Really cannot recommend these guys enough.
