Solic 200 has been working brilliantly with my solar PV system for a couple for years now. No problems at all. The big benefit is that it is NOT wireless. I can see a huge difference in efficiency compared with the previous wireless system that was installed. That wireless system didn't really work in our cloudy climate, the delays switching in and out were too long. The Solic 200 by comparison is instant making best use of generated power. Very highly recommended to all with SolarPV.

Because you’ve priced it well my ROI is much lower than your competitors which was one of the main reasons for picking the solic

I have a 6.64kw system and 10.6kwh of battery storage. I had read that the solic sometimes uses the battery to heat the water, and after contacting yourselves I was given a good explanation of why this might / might not happen. In my experience it very rarely uses the battery and because of the array size and my location I always go into the summer evenings with a full battery…..

Great kit from Earthwise!
I have been using Solic 200 wireless last 2 years. Had technical question and they got back to me super fast with great advice.
We have saved a lot of money using this kit heating our Hot Water Cylinder.

The advantage of solar water heating is undeniable, and my Solic 200 has proved absolutely ideal for the job. I previously had a much more expensive device with all the bells and whistles, but after first one, and then it's replacement failed with a bang (as did the company) I discovered the Solic 200. For three years it has worked faultlessly in the background, without any issues, providing all the hot water we need in our all-electric household except for the days when home heating takes more power than my 4kW installation can produce.
I have recommended the device to a neighbour who thought he was getting too small a payback from his recent solar installation, and demonstrated it in action.

Excellent product for those with solar panels and an immersion heater. Free hot water and lower energy bills, it's a no-brainer.
Good customer service too, ours started glitching after a few years, 10 year warranty meant a return for repair was offered with the option of an updated product at a much reduced price.
Communication was good too, prompt response to messages and swift despatch of our replacement.

Fitted a Solic 200 to my solar system five years ago. It has worked faultlessly since. It must have paid for itself many times over. Easy to install if you follow the instructions. Have recommended it to many friends. A standard hot water cylinder can store 6.25KWh of energy. Heating hot water is a far better and cheaper way of storing your surplus energy compared with purchasing a battery and saves the environment.

We purchased the Solic 200 a few years ago. It is a fantastic little device that does exactly what we had hoped, thus saving us a fortune in gas bills!

The Solid 200 is one of the best things I have ever purchased. It diverts surplus electricity from my solar panels to the immersion heater. I don't even turn my boiler on for six months of the year as the solar provides enough hot water for our two person household.

The electrician who installed it said it was a very well made piece of kit.

Customer service is also first class.
