I ordered some garage shelves online and was able to collect them just an hour later. The service was excellent—one of the staff members kindly carried the heavy boxes to my car. Visited the Didcot branch 15 minutes before closing not expecting to have my personalised number plates created and expertly installed within this time.
The service received was excellent by both Jamie and Mike. Would highly recommend this store. It is rare these days to have such good customer service- thank you to these members of staff who are a credit to their Company!

An excellent first class service given by Aaron. He was so polite, knowledgeable and efficient both in supplying and fitting the correct car battery into my vehicle. Allowed me to book and pay for a replacement battery, with fitting and make a 40 mile round trip only to be told that they were unable to complete the task on my car. The mechanic was ill equipped for the task. He didn't have the tools or the knowledge to complete the task. I should have been informed at the point of booking and payment on line.

Failed online order DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY. In store is safe online is a scam - once they have your money they don’t care about whether you get the product. Click and collect order but it didn’t even show in my recent orders. Called customer services they said id get a refund, this never happened

Just had the oil on my car topped up by Jamie and Mike. Genuinely fantastic service. It was getting toward closing time and it was pouring with rain, but there was a smile and "no problem, we'll sort it". Would absolutely use the branch again. Cheers.
