From coming out on the first visit, we felt comfortable about using Briddon. Asked for a quote, and on the same day came out and measured the property. When finished the job was installed perfectly. Highly recommend using this family owned business. Visits to their factory are welcome.

On behalf of South Anston Methodist Church we would like to thank Briddons for sorting our church gates out yet once again. We have dealt with this company for many years and over the years we have had to have our gates replaced on three occasions due to hit and run drivers. This company installed our fence and gates many years ago and we have always been impressed with their professionalism. Sometime on Thursday/Friday the gates were once again hit, but true to form they have sorted us out yet again, but have gone over and beyond with service and done the job as an act of charity. Visited here last January to order some gates, office staff very friendly including little Oscar the family dog who works every day with Donna in the office. Heavy duty gate designs and fast fitting. Our gate was fitted in around 4 weeks and look great. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend

I've read some of the negative comments on here and nothing could be further from the truth. We have been buying from Briddon for over 5 years and counting. I’ve lost count of the times they have helped me out even when I've been let down by other suppliers. The quality of their products are fantastic with service levels to match. Michael is always going over and beyond the call of duty for me and I can’t praise him enough. When ever I need gates, railings or fabrication work Briddon is the only company I would call!

While checking contact details for Briddon , as I intend to use them again this year ( 2016), I noticed that my previous review had vanished. So am resubmitting it again.

I used Briddon about 18 months ago to building and install circa 50 m of railings. The railings were built exactly as I requested and the installation, albeit complex, went really well. At each step of the way I was consulted , as was my wife, to ensure that everything was as requested. We were both very pleased and 18 months later remain HAPPY. So much so we are contacting Briddon's , again this year, for quotes for further work.

Since reading the other reviews I checked my railings and all appear fine . However had there been issues I am confident that it would have been resolved to our mutual satisfaction.

My wife reminded me that besides doing exactly what we requested Briddon's , at no cost to us, add a few beautiful enhancements to some of the railings. Again the enhancements were not done until discussing and consulting with us.

Sorry to read someone has had a bad experience however I am delighted to report mine was perfect.

Awful awful customer service, awful contact Michael who put the phone down on me. Lovely while they are taking your order and money though........Gates marked badly after 18 months - its taken 4 months for someone to come out and look at them as not really interested now - poor poor customer service, my advice, buy from somewhere else. Silly, silly Briddon.....having some more railings fitted on our back so another firm will get the business now and I will ensure I pass the word round how awful they are!
