I cannot recommend these guys enough. Jim, Charles and the whole team are great to work with.

We purchased our Ritmo Remedy from them and the after service has been amazing. Anything that we had questions about or tiny issues we’ve had, were immediately dealt with.

Charles has a great understanding of the fusion welders and Jim can fabricate a solution to any problem there is.

I have only just started to use woodside as a supplier however I am disappointed that I have only recently found them. The customer service from the whole team has been amazing. All of the staff are knowledgeable about their products and services and seem to take a genuine interest in your requirements suggesting alternatives if appropriate even though they nearly always end up being cheaper.
With regards to their prices, they are incredibly competitive and as a business we have seen substantial cost reductions in what is usually expensive materials. Despite the reduction in costs we have seen an increase in the quality, durability and usability of the parts.
We have recently relied on them to complete some urgent custom work, again this was met with a positive, happy to help attitude and despite the urgency the pricing was again incredibly fair and delivered on time and exactly what we needed.
I would thoroughly recommend Woodside, I personally am looking forward to working with them for the foreseeable future!
