Lovely sunny day spent with beautiful surroundings.
Lots of space for a peaceful walk, kids could climb some of the fallen trees. The bluebells were gorgeous and the house exterior stunning.
Car park only big enough for roughly 15 cars but guessing this is a hidden gem as not too busy.
Great kids play park opposite, kept clean and all equipment looked relatively new and well maintained. đŸ’Ģ

Free site to visit that is supported by the National Trust. Fishing lake, large grounds to roam (with cattle). The house is closed but viewable from the outside. Dinton village has a nice pub, playing field and park for young children.

Pleasant enough. Easy to find. Wide open space with a lovely view. Sadly it's let down by lack of seating and tables. Also having taken our dog there for a walk there are no bins. To ask people to clear up after themselves and dogs without bins is ridiculous. Being a national trust member I'd expect better. A shame as village is stunning. Disappointing.

Fantastic grounds for walking in. Such a shame the house is not open to the public as it would be a very interesting asset to the village.

Beautiful place but paths not well defined for visitors. Shame that the Phillips' House was closed - it almost looked abandoned.

Great open parkland in the beautiful Nadder Valley. Penny the whippet loves it! Philipps House is not open to the public, but the park has a small lake and is close to the picturesque villages of Dinton, Teffont Evias and Teffont Magna.
