I had never been in there before so I thought I would give it a go. The women behind the desk was friendly and helpful. However the security guard I encountered took his role way to seriously and was extremely rude. It seems the main purpose of the job centre is to deal with benefits. Everything else you can do at home providing you have a computer and access to the internet.

Very helpful staff, truly willing to find those struggling with work. If you take it seriously, they can help you a lot. There are a few issues, however they are not really because of this job centre, but more due to Job Seekers/Universal Credit as a whole.

This Job Centre in particular is great, the staff are friendly, well informed and care about the success of those who need their aid.

No parking unless you're disabled, but it's quite easy to get too if you live nearby or if you park in the centre of Dinnington.
