We've been working with Ratiobox for about 4 years now and they've been great each and every year! They've done a brilliant job with our annual accounts and also manage all of our companies house filings so I don't have to stress about all the forms that I don't understand.

I regret to say that my experience with this outsourcing accounting firm was far below par. Their customer service was practically non-existent. Trying to get a hold of someone to discuss my concerns was a daunting task, and when I did manage to speak to someone, my concerns were brushed off. To make matters worse, the financial reports provided were riddled with inaccuracies, leading to significant tax discrepancies. As a small business owner, this level of service and error is simply unacceptable.

What bewilders me even more are the numerous glowing reviews this company boasts across various platforms. Given my experience, I find it hard to believe that these reviews are penned by genuinely satisfied customers. It raises the question – Ben, are you investing in genuine customer service improvements or merely in purchasing positive reviews? It's a query that, in my opinion, deserves a transparent answer. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your accounting needs.
