Adding on from my previous review. With this being a local as well as being convenient and I'm always up for a fair shot however the last 4 times (including the first review) we have eaten here only 1 has been nice. The last 2 times my chicken burger has been burnt. That's it from us. Over and out!

Having eaten here since the rotisserie chicken days I always used to love it however, today I think I've been completely put off. The restaurant area was fully booked which is fine I've always had a pleasant evening in the bar area but it was filthy, tables sticky and salty as well as the carpets not looking like they had been hoovered in a days, some of the seating was filthy and stained with one being held together with gaffa tape. Condiments..well if you could find some I had to ask another table nicely for some mayonnaise to which they replied I hope you don't want vinegar too as there isn't any, cutlery was dirty I cleaned it myself with baby wipes and napkins. My food was nice as per however the portion seems to have dwindled, my chicken burger looked child sized but it was nice, my son's food arrived and we were told the bowl was hot (lovely this is normal) however it was scalding hot I couldn't even touch it myself never mind my two year old son, I had to empty his food onto the cold plate using a napkin to hold the bowl so I didn't actually burn myself. Don't think we will be returning which is a shame because it's always been a favourite with us. Staff were lovely as usual

Visited for Valentine’s Day and went for the set menu. We had a really wonderful meal. Food was fantastic and service by Brooke and a gentleman who’s name we didn’t catch (sorry) was wonderful. A really lovely enjoyable night. Thank you

We really enjoyed our Roast pork Sunday lunch and sticky toffee pudding. Delicious food and thank you so much to Amy for looking after us so well. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Popped in for a quick dinner after work and had a lovely meal. But what makes it's special coming here is the warm and friendly customer service from Reuben, Paris and Georgie. They can't do enough to make you feel comfortable and happy with anything you need. Love coming here!

We had a wonderful time here. Our server, Brooke, was so friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was hot, delicious and beautifully presented. Between the starter, main, and pudding we were stuffed! The restaurant was quiet and spacious. We had more than enough room at our table and didn’t feel smooshed in. I could go on and on about the good things at this restaurant. Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and night out!

We enjoyed a family meal & we felt it was very nice but vegetables are bit sparce.
Dessert was very good portions.
My daughter who is wheat/gluten/dairy free could only have a pot of tea for dessert as there was no choice for her.
