Great service and great facility - and good price when comparing alternatives. We held the storage unit for 6 months and there were no problems with either move in or move out. Payments were taken on time and the deposit returned in a timely fashion.

Held a unit here for over a year. The facility is very secure with a telephone entry gate onto the site, CCTV and security lighting throughout and very good security padlocks provided for the containers. The containers themselves are in very good condition and thoroughly watertight, there's good vehicle access and room to manoeuvre around. The price was very competitive, cheapest we found for the size and quality of the container and the security of the facility.
James the site manager was always available on the phone when I needed to contact him, even when he was out of office hours, and always very helpful.
Would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in the Diss area.

We used Diss Self-storage because it’s a safe, secure and clean facility but also very well-managed and most importantly 75% cheaper than local alternatives in Kent where we live. Having family in the Diss area made it a convenient option. Over the last 10 months we have saved at least £3000 even taking into account the cost of driving up several times. In a way we were sorry to say goodbye to it! Thanks also to the ever-efficient James who is helpful, organised and very professional.

Excellent storage facility. We hired a large container for 10 months whilst and after moving home. The site is well situated for residents of Diss. It's in a quiet area, yet easily accessed from popular routes into and out of the town. Good value for money in comparison with similar facilities and the site owners are very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
