We made our wedding rings with Laura at the jewellery workshop in July and had the best day. From the consultation to the collection of rings, customer service was excellent and we really felt like every effort was made to make the experience memorable. Laura helped throughout making sure we came away with beautiful rings whilst allowing us to feel we'd done a good portion of the work ourselves (but better!) If you're considering making your own rings, definitely come here to do it, you'll have so much fun, be at ease, and walk away with a unique and high quality jewellery and fond memories!

I approached the Jewellery Workshop to make a bespoke ring for me. I had a very specific design in mind and had decided to get it made for my 50th birthday. The process of meeting with Laura (the goldsmith) and seeing the ring come to life was really exciting. We had an hour's initial consultation at which I explained my ideas and Laura sketched and measured and came up with suggestions about how we could get the desired effect. I later went back to look at the gems she had sourced for my ring, she was really mindful about the saturation of the different colours involved and had made sure each stone complemented the other. The final product looks exactly as I had pictured it and I really enjoy wearing it. What a fantastic privilege to be able to have such a beautiful piece made up to one's own design and specification. My intention is to enjoy it for as long as I can before handing it down to my daughter as a treasured and unique family piece.

James repaired a bracelet and ring for me that several other jewellers had been unable to fix. The repair is of a very high quality, the price was very reasonable and the service was speedy and friendly.

This little shop in Diss is absolutely fantastic - the kindness, knowledge and patience of the staff is incredible. I have purchased several items from this shop and each time I have been very satisfied. I recently purchased a pre loved eternity ring from them which had to be re-sized twice and it came back absolutely perfect. I would thoroughly recommend this shop for anybody in the future looking to purchase that special piece of jewellery - you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend The Jewellery Workshop in Diss. I recently went there to enquire about some pierced hoop earrings. They didn't have anything suitable in stock, but Sophie took a lot of time and trouble to source items that suited my requirements. Today I returned and was able to purchase earrings which perfectly matched what I had asked for. Sophie was extremely patient and helpful and a really lovely lady. I am very grateful to her. I met some of the other people who work there, who are equally lovely. They stock some gorgeous jewellery, much of it handmade on their premises and will definitely be my first choice when buying jewellery in the future.

Having took an eternity ring into this lovely jewellery workshop for an insurance valuation, we were very pleased by the excellent personal service we received. The lady who dealt with our jewellery was brilliant and very helpful .The ring had to be sent away to be valued and thanks to her, the documentation we needed came back really fast .We would definitely recommend this shop for any jewellery needs !

Due to personal medical issues I needed an urgent repair to my wedding ring. James and Mark repaired the ring the same afternoon and refused payment. They deserve maximum praise and thanks.
