Wanted a better quality belt and to support a UK business.

Paid £50 for a belt. The quality of the leather is great but it's let down by the buckle. In less than a year, the finish has started to wear through. The gun metal colour is a thin coating and there's a different coloured alloy metal underneath.

Emailed the company about it but received no response.

Carelessly sent me the completely incorrect size, the refund policy on their website is a blank page, and their customer service is non existent, with no acknowledgement of my messages or emails - the difference between this and a complete scam at this point is I technically did recieve a belt
