Staff are very polite and helpful, I went in to price match a battery from another UK store but was told this doesn't ever happen and they had to go out back and ring someone to confirm.

Their website has an entire page on price promise and price matching. Ultimately, the price of the part was not matched, but the staff we're very friendly and polite and did take a good discount off the battery for me.

My recommendation might be to review your staff training regarding online policies offered so they're not caught out again and can be more efficient with the sale, but they handled it very politely regardless.

Great service, I phoned for a leisure battery for my motorhome & they hadn't got one, however, they got me one from another branch by lunchtime. Wo recommend 100 %. Thank you to the guys at this amazing place.

First class service ordered online and collected under an hour later by polite and efficient member of staff. Easy to find, plenty of parking and only five minutes from Workington. Again, excellent service

Possibly the slowest service I have ever received. 2 customers took 30 minutes. The gentleman serving took 15 minutes to look for a battery and didn’t send anyone else in from the back to serve the other people. He then phoned a branch for a customer and started having a chat with him on the phone. Painful.
