I've been using this branch since it open with it being slightly closer than the Melton Mowbray branch and more convenient.
Although there has been quite a high staff turn over in the short time the service has been great. The stock held in the branch has been good and very rarely do I have to wait until the following day. The prices of the products are on a par with others and sometimes cheaper. My go to store for my daily materials

Absolutely great customer service. Last week I ordered some guttering parts and was served by Guy. He had recognised most of my parts I ordered were black but I’d inadvertently ordered a different coloured boot. Anywhere else I’d have just been handed a box and gone home with a wrong part. Today I needed advice on the best type of rubble bag to move some gravel from our drive, yet again, Guy gave great advice again. Screwfix used to be my place to go in Oakham, not any more, it’s Toolstation and fantastic customer service from Guy and his team.
