Had the pleasure of having Lee & his team of engineers come out to fix my Först chipper under warranty on site as we worked minimising any inconvenience to ourselves, amazing service & communication from beginning to end but what made them stand out above & beyond was on clearing up at the end of our job we noticed a bolt that had come off the chipper, we immediately let Lee know & without hesitation he instructed the engineer to return & assess, by now we was back at our yard but the engineer came to us, quickly set about identifying the location & stopped a problem that had it gone unnoticed could have spiralled into causing a lot of damage
So as well as this being a glowing review of the professionalism of Godd engineering it’s also a huge thank you for going out of your way to ensure our chipper is in tip top condition & won’t be throwing up any nasty surprises
