Really excellent service from this company. We bought two solar water features - pleased with how they looked but one had a faulty solar panel. One email and two days later a new one arrived. They both look great in the garden - we played around a bit with the panels to make them as unobtrusive as possible which wasn't too difficult. Overall very happy with our purchase thank you.

Great service. The kit was posted very quickly. I’ve fitted the system into our pond and it is working exactly as described. The solar panels work well in direct sunlight - and pump a good amount of water to the promised height - but are not so good when cloudy. The battery works well as a back-up and lasts about two hours. Not used the LED lights. Recommended.

Excellent service and water feature delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed. Product was as described on the website, really well packaged and easy to set up with clear helpful instructions included. The solar panel and battery backup have worked well so far. Only time will tell how robust these are. My personal view is it is worth paying extra to have the battery backup feature, due to the vagaries of the UK weather!

Absolutely love my new water feature. Its actually bigger than I expected and fits well in our small garden. With the lovely weather recently, we have spent many nights sitting in the garden listening to the calming cascading water. The birds are enjoying it too. Communication and delivery were excellent.
