From start to finish the whole process from DLG was totally first class. From arranging the date for the repairs, to collecting my car from my home, to delivering my completed car was superb. The communication was great and I had every confidence in the company. The staff on the phone put my mind at rest and kept me informed every step of the way. I must give special praise to Jess who collected and delivered my car by transporter. What a wonderful friendly, polite and respectful lady. She took the trouble to phone me when she was 10 minutes from my home. She is amazing and a credit and asset to your company. Brilliant service all round from DLG.

I recently had my car repaired at DLG Auto Service and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the initial booking to picking up my car, the entire experience was fantastic.
What really happy with their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, explaining what they were doing and letting me know of any unexpected issues. They were always polite and happy to answer my questions, which I really appreciated.
The repairs themselves were carried out to a very high standard and dropped off my car with good Valet conditions.

DLG Auto Services are the best. The staff including the man who picked up my car took the time to explain what was going to happen to my car and that I would be contacted by the team who would be working on my car and they would let me know the day the car would be delivered back to me once the repair was completed. The customer care that DLG Auto Services gave me was 10/10 superb. Also when I asked them questions they didn't hesitate to give me genuine answers, that then put my mind at rest. Nickki & Paul were very helpful also the young ladies in the aftercare department. As a retired person you need to have time to process explanations clearly and I was able to do that with the staff at DLG with their experience in customer care.
Their doing a very good job in looking after their customers.

Collected car straight after accident, the engineer called to discuss the issues with car and what work was required. Ensured that I was informed and happy with repairs proposed and the service. Would not trust to repair my wheel barrow 4th time having my car back from rta repair and what a shock yet again more damage than before it when it for repair yet the car has had structural work serious concerns of how that has been completed if the rest of the work is to such poor standard I would highly advise to not use !!! Will be telling everyone I know

Just want to say, thank you for such an efficient service! Jess was lovely, delivered our car back, tried to get as close to our house as possible......no easy task for a car, never mind a transporter!!! And was still smiling, we were kept informed right through our repair and retun process. What a refreshing change to get such efficient service and with a smile, and nothing to much trouble. Thank you Jess, you are a breath of fresh air, restored our faith, that sometimes things to go according to plan.

While my car was eventually repaired to (what I hope is) the required standard, the overall experience was deeply frustrating.

Before arranging the pick-up, I called to confirm whether an initial inspection was needed to order the necessary parts. The assessor assured it wasn’t, stating that the provided pictures were sufficient.

However, a week after receiving my car, they suddenly determined that a new wheel and cover were required—despite my video evidence suggesting these parts weren’t affected by the collision. They then declared the car unsafe to drive and left it sitting in their lot until the parts became available. Due to supply chain delays, this took over six weeks.

Throughout this period, communication was inconsistent. On multiple occasions, neither the car hire company nor I received timely updates. At one point, I had to deal with a dismissive and unhelpful receptionist whose “not my problem” attitude only made things worse. Meanwhile, the courtesy car costs ballooned into the thousands.

On the day of drop-off, the driver wasn’t even given my phone number—luckily, I happened to be home all day. And to top it off, I handed over my car with over 100 miles range left, only to get it back nearly empty!

So, the next time your insurance renewal goes up again, you’ll know why!
