My husband was approached by this agency after redudancy from a role he had held for 21 years. Understandably he was anxious at the prospect of starting somewhere new. Leanne called regarding a role and had him register after he said he was very interested. Then.....nothing! We were due on holiday the week the contact was due to start, however informed Leanne that it could be changed. For the last week he has emailed and called repeatedly so we could have some confirmation if our holiday required changing, Leanne is always busy and will always call him or email back. This NEVER happens! What an utter shambles, ineffective and unprofessional. If the contract is no longer going ahead, tell him....if he has not been chosen.....tell him!
