I no longer tolerate Xpres's rude, unhelpful, and insulting behaviour. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, they have completely disregarded my concerns.

This is unacceptable. I purchased the Epson SC-F500 printer, but it is unable to print an acceptable outcome for sublimation, even though Xpres stated that it would be able to do so. Yet their 'support team' can't figure out what is wrong. I have had sales reps/engineers speak directly with the manufacturer, but it seems that Xpres does not care about the quality of the products they sell. Trying to blame user error is appalling, especially when having years of printing experience. You can't blame the computers used when trying on several different machines, from PCs to Macs to tablets.

It has been a year, and the issue has still not been resolved. I have been offered to send the printer back at my own risk for their tech team who have already remotely accessed the printer, called, and been onsite. If the printer is faulty, they will not help.

I had the 'National Sales Manager' – call me yesterday not only to start an argument stating that the printer prints fine for all the other businesses that use it and that it has not been misplaced but also to let me know what he thought. I questioned his customer service - perhaps he should re-train, especially as a National Sales Manager! I was then insulted when I purchased another printer directly from the sales team. After years of having an account with them, they accused me of trying to get a new printer without paying. Basically, we do not trust you unless you pay upfront. This invoice was paid within half an hour!

This is unacceptable behaviour from a company that claims to value its customers. The Md's and investors need to conduct training to ensure that Xpres takes responsibility for its products and treats its customers with respect.

Nineteen years in the print industry to be told it's my fault - printers are never at fault.
