Appalling attitude by the service department. We bought a 4 year service care plan, which included free collection and delivery. Without that service we would not have bought it. On the last service they are trying to say they no longer collect for free (even though it has been paid for in the plan). I have spoken to Mercedes-Benz UK customer service, and even they are appalled by their behaviour. I'll be taking them to court if they dont honour their contract. This is the kind of business you are dealing with.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were given a date when the car would arrive in UK and, true to their word, it arrived on that day. An eight month wait but it was, in our opinion, really worth it.

Not as fancy as the showrooms in London obviously but appropriate space, airy and adhered to COVID guidance when I went for servicing.
