Came across this company by chance on the internet and am so pleased that I did! The showroom is well worth a visit with a great variety of product ranges to see. Gary was very helpful and patient whilst I decided what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble on delivery day (they even had to remove a piece of skirting board to fit the wardrobe in!) and it all looks perfect. Extremely happy with my furniture and would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely purchase from them again.

Great local find if you are after anything for the home. Nice friendly showroom staff and nothing to much trouble if you have any questions. Delivery and service was excellent and common sense used to get a wardrobe upstairs and assembled. Prices competitive and assembly a real bonus. Thoroughly recommend this business.

I have used this company on many occasions in the past. The personalised excellent service is always first class, nothing is too much trouble. Exceptional customer service! Furniture ordered included a double bed frame which we needed within two weeks for family visiting during half-term. As supplier delivery would have taken too long Gary drove to the Midlands to collect to ensure that we had it in time. He also assembled the bed for no additional charge. Gary also timed the placing of the order to save us money. Literally went the extra mile - absolutely outstanding!

I would definitely recommend purchasing from Avenue Interiors. Excellent customer service from Gary nothing was a problem. Packaged was packed securely to avoid breakage and arrived in one piece to me in New Zealand. Would buy again without hesitation.

First class service, thank you. A problem with availability of a couple of items was quickly & efficiently dealt with, money immediately refunded. Good, prompt communication throughout.

Then I made a daft mistake & put the wrong address! One email to Gary & he contacted the delivery company to request a re-direct, forwarded their instructions on to me (which I carefully followed) & "bingo" the items were promptly delivered to the correct address - to my great relief!
Again, good, prompt communication & excellent customer service to solve a problem which was entirely my fault.
