Lovely to find a steel company that is so proactive. The costs are easily the best and the quality of the item when delivered is perfect. I also had a team working next door to my home recently and they knocked to apologise in advance of noise asking us to give them a wave if it all become too much. Absolutely fab. Will certainly be taking my business there from now on.

Being a landscape gardener using steels is not something i am at all familiar with. I was recommended Neils Steels by a builder friend, one call with Connie made the whole experience incredibly easy, great information given and quote emailed over within minutes…I accepted the quote, made payment and the steels were delivered to site within a couple of days. I even received a phone call to ask for more accurate delivery location to ensure there were no problems on the day. Fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend

Neil's Steels were excellent from start to finish. The job was quoted by Rory within 30 minutes of me emailing the spec and the cost was less than we were anticipating. Connie and Iona where super helpful in the office with excellent communication to ensure a trouble free process for payment and organising / rearranging our delivery. And full praise to the delivery driver (sorry didn't get his name) - he went above and beyond in assisting us with the delivery of the steels, was professional and clearly highly skilled with the Hiab lift. This is my first steel fabrication on a self-build project and I'll definitely be back in future!

Wasting my time.
Needed a staircase railing for the front entrance. NS Quoted and I accepted. Made me pay upfront, which was a red flag, given my previous builder (EVCO) took the money and ran away without delivering it. I had to chase NS to come and do measurements. Then was told they won't do drawings. In the end, 1.5 months after full payment, I was called and told they took a large order and my order will be up to 4 months delayed. After some aggravated feedback, I demanded they honor the order. I was issued a refund and an email about it, instead. (Refund still pending and incoming I hope). Well done!

Low integrity company, not very nice. Avoid!

They drove a 7 1/2 ton lorry into my fence. Demolishing 2 upright posts. Then refused to call me back and just fobbed me off. I've called them 5 times now! They just don't care. Perhaps they are trying to save the cost of repairing my fence to teach their driver Colin how to drive properly?
