What a wonderful, welcoming shop with a fantastic manager and staff who are completely centred on making sure customers are 100% happy. Recently they’ve helped me with gadgets I couldn’t get to work (my problem, not the Dyas product!). Nothing is too much trouble. I love to buy at Dyas in Dorking because there’s a great atmosphere in the shop and I know I will be looked after. I recommend the shop 100%.

I was judged unfairly by an older lady working behind the counter today (Tuesday, 16 May 2023), because of my appearance I presume as I like to dress flamboyantly with my hair and clothes. She embarrassed and insulted me over a petty queuing affair, I have lived in Dorking for 13 years with my 3 kids, I will not go in this shop again until you ensure all customers are treated fairly. Thank you for spoiling my day

Just got served by a disinterested young lady this morning. Giving two stars just because she smiled after I said hello to catch her attention so she could serve me. I am disabled both physically and with learning difficulties and it would have been helpful if she push my items closer to me after I finished paying. Also as soon as she accepted my payment she turned her back to me looking outwards. Never turn your back to a customer until they leave the paying area and especially to one with autism. She didn't get a goodbye from me or a second thank you from me because of that. So a disappointing first time to buy something in my local Robert Dyers after recently moving to Dorking 🙁

Such a lovely young helpful lad who works upstairs on Saturday who helped me find the correct light bulbs…glad he did cos I don’t bloody know which ones I need!!!! I always receive such great customer service from him he is top dog, he reminds me of my grandson!!!! WILL BE BACK SOON! Love beryl xxxxx
