Disappointing customer service. I wanted some advice regarding the poor quality of an eyelet die set that I purchased a few years ago but very rarely used. 3 emails with no response, 1 phone call where they confirmed the email had arrived and they would get back to me, fourth email to chase and still no response from them for over a month. Very poor indeed, I hope you will respond to this instead?

I had been looking for upholstery equipment that I needed delivered to France and since Brexit delivery has been an issue due to unforeseen costs such as import duty & VAT. However, I should not have been concerned, because Robert and his team at H Webber & Sons ensured that all duty /import charges wereimclused at point of sale and that I would not have the problems that have been experienced within the Ex-Pat community here in France.
Additionally, delivery was ultra quick.
I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend H Webber & Sons.

My husband and I travelled 10 miles to visit this company with a view to purchasing some leather working tools as advertised on their website. Upon walking into the shop on Dene St, the gentleman behind the counter, who was on the phone, announced loudly that someone ‘ had just walked into his office,’ almost as if we had broken in. He told to us that this was an online company only, although there was no mention of this on the website, ( it looked like a shop and the door was unlocked ! ) - 3 hours after our visit, this information was posted.
The gentleman then told us that although he had the tools we might be looking for, he had no intention of showing them to us.

We were disappointed at this company’s lack of customer service, and won’t be recommending them. A little courtesy costs nothing !

Very happy that I bought my tool from H Webber and not Amazon or ebay. Price was the same and when I discovered a problem it was dealt with very quickly. Will use H Webber again if I need more.

I recently put an order from this website. I thought it would be a better choice than buying from ebay. The wooden rule I received was made in China and slightly damaged in two places. I contacted them with a photograph of the damages and was offered a 50% rebate for that item. I never received the refund and my email went unanswered. The money is not the issue here, but the principle.
I am very surprised at the below standard and customer service of such a nice company.
