It was amazing, we got initials with a luge for our recent wedding and I can’t thank PSD ice enough. It was an absolute hit and everyone loved it. PSD have been amazing over the years and this year was no exception. Andrew was super helpful when I contacted them this year for my annual Christmas party request. He worked with me to generate a few mock up designs and once confirmed he helped to ensure all details were correct. Delivery was on time and the ice sculpture was a centre piece to our party as it is every year! Excellent company to deal with. Ordering process was easy, customer service was prompt and professional from Gio. Delivery guys were on time and set up was seamless. It was a fantastic show piece for the party. The luge worked well and all the guests enjoyed it. The LED lights it comes with are good enough but our venue has an uplighter so used that for a better light effect in the pictures.

We ordered an ice sculpture of our dachshund/Jack Russell dog (and ring bearer) for our wedding and we were not disappointed!

The ice sculpture was very much a feature of the day and a HUGE hit, he had a crowd around him taking pictures all night! One guest even commented "is a wedding even a wedding without a life-size ice sculpture of a dog"!

PSD Ice Art were spot on with both the absolutely amazing quality of the ice sculpture, as well as all of the operational side of things, getting there to set up with the perfect timing to ensure the sculpture looked at its best when all the guests arrived.

Nicky, Rohan and Percy helped us have an amazing team building!

Percy and Rohan were very nice and accommodating about an address misunderstanding and had everything sorted out right away.

Nicky was always very responsive and provided a lot of support even though we had a very short timeline ahead of the event.

The event itself was fun and creative, and Percy delighted us with some amazing stories - people talked about the event for weeks!

Would 100% recommend!
