Excellent company and a great team, professional and polite at every point of contact. Had repairs and overhaul carried out on our water softener several years ago and still working great. Annual delivery of salt blocks always arrive promptly as promised, great value and amazing service.

I selected this company to offer a quote for a water softener due to the positive reviews. The initial assessment and advice that were offered added to my confidence. The work was completed with minimal time demands, and the service was exemplary. However, this company showed itself to be phenomenal when a leak unfortunately occurred and a seemingly small amount of damage occurred. At which point they appointed another local (equally impressive team) to come and assess the damage and arrange repairs. The repairs were costed at nearly £1000 and I had serious doubts about it being covered by the Dorset Water Centre. I need not have worried as all work was completed and paid for without any challenges or concerns. In summary I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Dealing with the expected is relatively easy, dealing with a deviation with a calm approach is a whole other league. Thank you .

I can't rate the Dorset Water Centre highly enough. They are a professional, friendly and knowledgeable team who are straight forward to talk too. They will keep you informed throughout the entire process. Our new Kinetico water soften was installed neatly and efficiently and is already making a big different to our hard water. Brilliant service. Had problems with a water softener that they had installed a year or so ago. Tom came out very quickly. Sorted the problem out( My fault as I had used poor quality salt that had caused a blockage...lesson learnt!) All at a very reasonable price. Also organised for decent salt to be delivered straight to my door. Thank you. Highly recommend.
