On a bike ride with my kids in Weymouth and my daughter got a puncture... unfortunately she has quite specific racer tyres. I called Ned but he did not have the particular inner tube in stock (neither did Halfords...).

Not only did Ned call me back with a genius suggested to check out the wheelchair supply shop he also found an online supplier so we could purchase spares when we got home.
