I needed to know whether a Honda Civic iDTEC air conditioning compressor worked as I had bought it off ebay. I took it to this company for their expertise.
Everyone was very friendly and courteous and they gave me great advice.
I was dreading the possibility of the compressor not working, as I would have been back to square one. The people at this company tested the compressor, it worked, and they made the experience a very pleasant one. The cost of their work was reasonable also.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with still owes me over £15,000. The M.D. is the most unbelievable liar I have ever met. I would strongly recommend you stay away.
As for Viper compressors they are Chinese copies and if you want to do the job twice then they are good!!I resigned from the company due to non payment of commission and bullying by the MD who till this day lives his own world of fantasy and lies!!

Excellent first class service. These people really are at the top of their field with knowledge concerning air conditioning.
With a clean and efficient service area any ac problem can be quickly diagnosed and usually sorted there and then.

Requested a quote for spare parts a small spare part and told they "don't do spares only supply remanufactured units that's their business". My next question was going to be can you refurbish my compressor? but I was cut of mid sentence with "No we don't know anyone else who supplys spares either" Well done you talked yourself out of any dealings with you in the future I don't deal with rude companies.

Sent the wrong unit. Then sent the right unit, but a re-manufactured one when I had paid for a brand new one. They owe me about £100 cost difference, but gave me the runaround several times when I asked them to refund me. I won't use them again.
