In May/June 2023, I purchased an aftermarket front exhaust flexi pipe for my car from a different company. Unfortunately, it was badly leaking and so were the next three pipes that they sent.

I then ordered a pipe manufactured by Klarius. There were some leaks in the pipe provided however the customer service was excellent. Andrew Aiton from Klarius Technical Support bent over backwards to help. His colleagues came to collect my car, took it to their place, fitted the pipe, tested for leaks and brought my car back. Outstanding customer service! I wish every company was providing such a good customer service. Thank you to Andrew and his colleagues.

Awful quality parts, welds are terrible on the exhaust and I paid £130 for a back box specific to the car that doesnt even have hangers fitted! Don't waste your time

I was after a piece of exhaust for my Volvo 940 which seemed to be very hard to get hold of. I spoke with Andrew from the technical support and he couldn't have been any more helpful!! He found the exact part I was looking for along with the specifications and dimensions of all the components for me to then check against my vehicle. They were experiencing computer issues at the time but he gave me a call back straight after and got it sorted for me. Excellent customer service and help from Andrew, thank you!!

I bought my car here for a new exhaust system. The service was excellent, the staff were very pleasant, informative and friendly. There was no waiting time, as soon as it was done I was contacted to collect my car. I will be returning again for any future issues I have with my car and would definitely recommend here for anyone needing anything done to their car. From reading other reviews Klarius have gotten customer service right.
I had purchased an aftermarket exhaust for my car and could not find the correct gasket to fit, as it was very different from the stock gasket fitted to my car. After speaking to other companies, people didn't care (understandably as it's such a small sale), I was then told I should speak to Klarius directly. I called up and spoke to Andrew, who helped me immensely - we spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes trying to figure out together which gasket would fit my car, and then got a couple posted to me a few days later.
Absolutely fantastic service, will come back myself, and recommend to everyone around me. Finally a company that understands the importance of being kind. Thank you Andrew!!

So refreshing to come across such a helpful business! I’m running a car in the BMW 116 trophy and needed some advice and support with the exhaust which is supplied by them for the series.
