Had to rearrange an appointment 40 minutes before due to unforeseen circumstances. I received a snotty text message telling me it wasn’t ok to arrange 40 minutes before the appointment. Cancelled the appointment fully and went elsewhere.

I've used Gould before and they're good, but didn't realise it's now changed into a hair-dressers. Arrived at 6.05am to a shop with one customer, to be told there would be a 90 min wait because I hadn't booked. Not really a barbers, then...

You have to book but they will see you quite quick.
They cut my 13 yr old grandson hair just as he asked them too and he won't let me take him anywhere else. Very nice young people very professional
