Had a fantastic experience from this business. They fixed my chain and it was back fixed quickly and in excellent condition. Then I came back with an issue with my ring which I asked if they could sort it out. not only was it incredible customer service, they surprised me with generating a custom piece that not only fixed my ring but also transformed it into something beautiful while still keeping it as close to the original as could be done.

I could not recommend using their services enough as from start to finish, it was a perfect experience. Very warm and welcoming with incredible craftsmanship to a high standard. If I have any jewellery in future that needs fixing I will absolutely be coming back to them.

Bought online a beautiful pair of earrings from this shop. Very well described and were very well wrapped. The little parcel was sent tracked by Royal Mail and arrived on time. The best thing about this sale were the staff in the shop, I phoned them about the earrings and they were incredibly helpful and fabulous to deal with. Amazing customer care and quality of service from start to finish.

Having the diamond drop out of your wife's engagement ring is never a pleasant experience, but after biting the bullet and making someone special very happy by seeking a replacement fitted back into the ring, we were so happy to have dealt with Les on solving our problem.

Exceptional from start to finish! A diamond fell out of my ring so I took it to Davis Worlds, the lady in store was extremely kind and helpful, and kept me updated as promised on the repair. I couldn’t believe it when it was repaired, with extra prongs added to prevent fall out too, within 48 hours. I still can’t get over how fast it was and how well of a job was done! The same ring was damaged previously and I took it to a different jeweller for repair, who did less of a job but took them 4 weeks to fix! Would definitely, and have already, recommend to anyone looking for jewellery repair. Also fantastic price for the work done. Overall, exceptional
