Very happy with Tailor Made. They were rapidly able to fabricate our order for new loft floor joists in our 2 bed victorian house retrofit, to enable our MVHR ducts to be installed. Rapid turnaround, communication and delivery. We're educating our builders also in Modern Methods of Construction, and they were delighted to work with the joists, appreciating the stiffness, lightness and efficiency of them. The laminated 3D model view provided with the joists was also hugely helpful.

Brilliant company from design to delivery . Trusses for double garage. I altered design and they changed drawings immediately. Got them to me in a week ! Delivery smack on time . I have been dealing with Tailor-Made since 2016. In such time I have received in what I can only say as unparalelled service. No matter the size or scale of project they have always produced on time.
I use the Truss and Joist products. Their pricing is fair and the products great and the turn around to delivery are amazing.
The design team always keep you informed on problems or areas which may need attention.
When alterations need to be made, these are done with an acceptable professional manner with out question.
The technical department were always on hand when we unsure on a connection or layout. I can not rate this company high enough. Just a great company with great staff. Well done
