A visitor from the USA had left some of her medication behind. The pharmacist here was able to use info emailed through from her doctor to order in the right tablets and dispense them within 24 hours. She was SO relieved, and could relax and enjoy her week in Bishops Waltham.

Not knowing what else to do, I blundered into the pharmacy just before closing having been stung multiple times by a swarm of wasps whilst working nearby (I react badly to wasp stings).

The staff went out of their way to be helpful, considerate and caring. They guided me to the nearby doctors surgery and helped arrange an immediate consultation for me (I am registered elsewhere). They then dutifully stayed by me with an epi-pen until the doctor was able to see me.

Ultimately It turned out that with some industrial strength anti-histamine I was fine, although slightly embarrassed about causing a fuss.

The pharmacy staff were brilliant, an absolute credit to themselves and their profession. Thanks guys.

This is a great, little, local pharmacy. Obviously struggling with the social distancing, due to the very restricted space and especially the ultra low ceiling near checkout. But, being designed for use as a very early town centre pub...it is tied by planning regulations with regards to expansion.

Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff and the pharmacists themselves; they offer great service and product knowledge. These businesses need our support and although they are dearer than the local supermarkets for medicines and beauty products...remember...without them, your next shopping trip for prescription medication could be many miles away.

I went into the pharmacy to purchase a hand support. The pharmacist who served me was very helpful ,she measured my hand and found the correct size to suit me, she also gave me some very helpful advice on what else I could do to help my condition. Thanks definitely 5star service
