Really so impressed with Bill who has spent a good deal of time sorting out my mum’s hearing loss. First to have done this after several bad experiences with other providers. He showed he really cared about her and the result is a very happy 90 year old mum! Thank you Bill!

Recently I was in a panic mode as my right ear had completely blocked any sound
And gave me a miserable weekend. I’m normally under the hospital for regular removal of ear wax but
My appt was running late.I was apprehensive as I had always been seen At the hospital knowing
That I was always used to micro suction.

My experience with solent hearing was one hundred per cent.I felt very relaxed with Peter
And he gave me a thorough examination,and very very gentle and proffesional.

And the big bonus he said it was only one ear that needed doing and I know much cheaper than a lot of places

Thank you again Peter I look forward to seeing you in the future re hearing aids

I have recently attended an appt for my hearing aids.
Taken over recently by Rawlingsons, k was apprehensive as I had only just got used to
The previous owners.( you know what it’s like when you change doctors & dentists)
But I needn’t have got myself in a stew as Bill
Was very gentle and ver professional in his work and nothing to much trouble so I’m one happy customer, so if you are one that gets. Concerned I can assure you there’s no need

I found Peter Robertson to be very professional, efficient and easy to talk to about my problems with ear wax which he resolved quickly and without a long wait for an appointment. He also gave me excellent advice about hearing aids and offered competitive pricing which included first rate after sales care. I will definitely use Peter again for ear wax removal and replacement hearing aids in the future and I have no hesitation in recommended him.

I am so pleased that I came across Solent Hearing. I found Peter Robertson to be very professional . He gave me a thorough hearing test and advised me of the type of hearing aid I needed for my particular hearing loss. Peter explained everything so well and advised that if I had any problems I can always give him a call between appointments.

Peter was very patient and went out of his way to find the most suitable aids that met all of my needs. He will set up the hearing aids for you, including making sure the app works on your phone. Highly recommended.
