I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and after-sales support provided by Gardena and Husqvarna UK.

I received a Gardena lawnmower as a gift, which I registered in my name. Despite the warranty registration confirmation indicating that the warranty was valid, I was informed by their team that my lawnmower was out of warranty based on the serial number. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I had followed all the necessary steps to register the product.

On June 3, 2024, I spoke with a representative who assured me that a replacement battery would be sent out. Unfortunately, this commitment was not honoured, and I did not receive any follow-up until June 10, 2024, after I had to reach out again. The delay and lack of communication were unacceptable.

Despite providing all necessary details and evidence, including the serial number and warranty registration confirmation, the company insisted on needing a proof of purchase, which I could not provide as it was a gift. This rigid policy, combined with the poor communication and misleading assurances, left me no choice but to purchase a battery myself to get the lawnmower operational.

The offer of a 20% discount on a part that should have been covered under warranty was not only inadequate but also disrespectful to a customer who had already faced significant inconvenience.

Given my experience, I cannot recommend Gardena and Husqvarna UK. Their failure to honour warranty commitments, poor customer service, and overall handling of my case reflect poorly on their integrity and care for their customers.

I tried to call customer services today, i have been waiting 6 weeks at the moment, without any news of any progress, I was told I must wait for the ability to purchase a machine for my business, very bluntly. The gentleman then hung up ! How rude ! I will be taking my business else where and I would advise anyone else , to look at other companies.

Not fair with employees my friend banged his head really hard today while taking a shed down. It hit him on head knocked him out and he rang in to say couldn't come in. They said if you don't come in your sacked. Ridiculous company wouldn't advise anyone to work for them horrible company

I bought Husqvarna Automower 310 (Modell 2019) and in 2020 the robot is defected. After inspection, I was inferred that the rubber sealing is defected and water run into the robot. The company claim an animal had bitten the sealing, however, this have never happened before in the city where I live and the gab will never allow an animal to go inside and eat the sealing. almost 2000 euro went to trash due to bad quality built. Moreover, the company did not even extend a hand to take part of finical lose. It was my mistake I trusted them and investment 2000 euro in such a bad quality device. I'm going to Bosch and I will write this in all social media so people don't fall in the same trap like me.

Ich habe Husqvarna Automower 310 (Modell 2019) gekauft und im Jahr 2020 ist der Roboter defekt. Nach der Inspektion wurde festgestellt, dass die Gummidichtung defekt ist und Wasser in den Roboter läuft. Die Firma behauptet, ein Tier habe die Versiegelung gebissen, dies sei jedoch noch nie in der Stadt passiert, in der ich wohne, und die Gab werde es einem Tier niemals erlauben, hineinzugehen und die Versiegelung zu essen. Fast 2000 Euro gingen wegen schlechter Bauqualität in den Müll. Darüber hinaus hat das Unternehmen nicht einmal eine Hand ausgestreckt, um an einem finanziellen Verlust teilzunehmen. Es war mein Fehler, dass ich ihnen vertraute und 2000 Euro in ein Gerät von so schlechter Qualität investierte. Ich gehe zu Bosch und werde dies in allen sozialen Medien schreiben, damit die Leute nicht in die gleiche Falle wie ich geraten.

I was trying to reach the Headquarters of Husqvarna, but that seems impossible!! However, I bought a snowblower 14527-XLS and I presume a bearing gave out in one of the wheels. I took it to the repair shop here in Lewisporte, NL, Can., but was told that in order to get the bearing I would have to buy a new transmission which would cost as much as a new snowblower!!! Needless to say, Husqvarna is scratched off my list.
