A fantastic service, my watch was returned 15 days after I had sent it. The new glass looks immaculate as does the entire watch. I am really impressed with the quality of service, it’s almost like getting a new watch, but an old friend has just come back revived. Great value for money, excellent work!

First class service from Kinetic repairs UK, answered all my questions promptly about the service of my watch and once received back from them I was over the moon on how well it looked and was impressed with ultrasonic cleaning of the watch strap it looks immaculate.

I also decided to take advantage of the offer for the Kinetic watch winder as I only wear the watch at weekends this is a must buy for me, Overall 5 stars for this company highly recommended

I sent my Seiko Kinetic away to these geniuses who have brought it back to life. It has enormous sentimental value having belonged to my granddad who I was very close to. The strap had got damaged and it sat safely in a drawer for far too long. It was charging fine, but holding the charge for a very short period of time, effectively just becoming an automatic. It is now in perfect working order, complete with a sapphire glass. Smart watches have their place, but don't have the character of this watch - which I am now enjoying all over again. Thank you so much Kinetic Repairs. A first class service - a rarity these days. Totally recommended.

Just received my Seiko back from Kinetic Repairs within the estimated timescale so very happy.
Documentation shows what was actually done plus a stop watch button was repaired too.
The watch has been well cleaned and looked really good.
I was messaged to advise the watch had arrived and also when it was being returned, so kept up to date.
Overall very pleased and would not hesitate to use Kinetic Repairs again.
