Good prices and a helmet included. I recently rented a Genesis gravel. Great components on the group set and breaks, SRAM apex I think. Only 650 size tyres on an XL bike was a bit odd for longer rides. Very easy to collect and return and heavy duty lock included if needed too. Oh and a saddle bag with full repair kit and spare tube! Everything you could want!

Amazing experience cycling through New Forest. Cycle Experience is conveniently located next to the Brockenhurst train station, very affordable prices and nice cycle routes. Bikes are in good condition. My sister and I did the ornamental woods route which is about 90% off-road and got to see some lovely horses and deers. Will definitely go back to try the other routes😊

Booked online and rang to ask a few questions before pick up.
Great selection of bikes and prices, with clear instructions on sizes of bikes : person's height.
Efficient booking and drop off system, close to the train station with parking and food places within walking distance.
Bike party is supplied with a repair bag which can house other small items/snacks. A map is also provided with varying route lengths.
There is a drink bottle holder on the bike, too.
Highly recommend if you are looking to hire a bike for the day. Various hire times/durations are available online.

These people are am amazing company that offer an impeccable service! Big shout out to all the staff and the owner for being so incredibly customer focused. Their bikes are all in great condition (only used for 2 seasons as we were told) and maintained very well. I have been cycling for nearly 30 years and have rented many bikes in my time and this business could write the text book and how it should be done. I would recommend anyone to come here and enjoy the nice ride like we did. Thank you for all the work you all put in!

We pre-booked six adult bikes. They had everything ready, were happy to tweak the order (one of our party was shorter than I thought!), had locks, spares, lids and backpacks a plenty. The return process was even easier. The bikes were in good working order and solid. They couldn’t have done anything better really.
