I went to the bakery last Friday with my mother in law who goes in to the bakery regularly who is very impressed with the shop its produce and the welcome .. They are always looked after there by every member of staff especially Elaine. Who goes above and beyond her job and akes her commitment to another level .Elaine has decorated the shop for xmas beautifully photos added .

So nice to have a proper baker. Lovely bread, pastries and cakes, so much nicer than supermarkets. I wish they delivered their bread, I can't get to the shop in the week while I'm working.

Went in for my lunch and the sand which I picked the lady said had the wrong label on so I was asked to pick another which I then noticed has mould on the bread. I watched the lady behind the counter try to scrape the mould of my sandwich which I then said I would like a fresh one. The lady then said it was because it had the wrong label on. Which it wasn’t it was because the bread was mouldy. I would expect this from the pound bakery a cheap bakery not such a expensive one!

Went to go into the shop yesterday at 4.58, the door was locked. All the food, (cakes and bread) were still out and the lights on. There were 2 women behind the counter, who saw me, but ignored me. I knocked on the door, pointed to my watch and said 'its not 5 oclock yet'. They both continued to ignore me then turned off the counter lights. I appreciate that it was late on a Friday afternoon but surely closes at 5pm means 5pm! I didn't appreciate being ignored and feel there is no place for rudeness anywhere!
