Ignored on entry by the 'shop assistant' young man as he was in the phone stating several times "I need to go someone's come in.'' though continued for a further several minutes. Hardly any real acknowledgment of me as a customer. Then carried on organising parcels. Processed the parcel collection I came for, at a snail's place. Before leaving the untidy store, I had to carefully step over the cable from the Henry vacuum cleaner stretched across the store. Hopefully my parcels will be delivered elsewhere in future.

I always let my parcels deliver to here and I always get it after Evri and Amazon notify me on msg.

Claim to have not received parcels but clearly the POD shows the shop screen and parcels with my name on them I now have 2 missing Xmas presents for my baby and have to fight to get my 90quid back because of this no happy to be honest

If you're going for basic snacks and chocolate, then you're likely to find a bargain. They also sell pokemon/yugioh cards... However, they Charge much more than retail price.
During Bonfire night I asked how much they charge for the Elite Trainer Box. The person said £50. When I went back next day, A different person behind the counter tried to charge me £70. He knocked down the price to 65 "As a favour", But I reminded him that that the person from Bonfire Night said they were fifty. He changed it to £50. I can't help but feel that there was an attempt to con the customer out of extra cash if I didn't bring up about last night. Especially for something that's being sold for much cheaper online and certain shop brands compared to what they sell.
The Fact that they don't have a price tag on some item is something you need to be aware when going to shopping in these types of places. Unless they have price tag on them, They can easily charge you more money than what they're worth. If they don't have a price tag, Ask. Otherwise you'll likely be charged much more than what you usually find in other shops (Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury's, etc).

Excellent service. Callum allways seems to Be re stocking and keeping things organised. Very tidy welcoming shop.All staff very friendly and polite. They like dogs!!!!!!! Something you like and wan t them to stock just ask! Really has improved . Keep it up
